Sharon Duval MD

Dr. Duval graduated from the University of Illinois, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry in 1989.  With a passion for science and the study of the human body, she pursued her dream of becoming a physician, graduating in 1993 from the University of Illinois Medical Center.

She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Loyola University in 1997.

Dr. Duval has been practicing medicine for over 20 years in the Western suburbs and is a board certified clinician. Her special interests are in the treatment of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, lung and gastrointestinal disturbances. She is often described by patients as "compassionate and approachable with a willingness to provide the necessary clinical time to attend to her patients’ needs."

She has been a member of the American Medical Association, Kane County Medical Society, Illinois State Medical Society and American College of Physicians.
